Maxi GMT - The Rolex GMT Master Reference 1675 with matte dial was launched in 1967 with the MK1 Long E dial and discontinued after several dial variants with the MK5 dial in ca 1979. The MK5 dial is unique to the noticeably larger lume plots than on the other dials. The offered watch is in excellent condition with a strong unpolished case still retaining beautiful bevels and factory finish. The case is free of any major dents or dings. The Pepsi insert is original and correct with the slightly thicker font. The MK5 dial is in excellent condition bearing original luminous which has aged to a yellowish hue and is matching with the original hands. The unpolished case and mint dial make this watch a hard find for the discerning collector, a Vintage GMT how we like it.
