How can I place an order at Momentum?
  1. Visit us on and select the items you like by clicking on the item, selecting your preferred color and quantity and clicking on ‘Add to cart’.
  2. Choose between “continue shopping”, if you would like to add more items or, “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.
  3. If you are a new customer, register with your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Registered customers" on the page enter your registered email and password information.
  4. Choose your desired payment method, confirm the order, and then checkout!
How do I register?
  1. Click on the “Login” link at the top right of the page.
  2. Click on the “Register”inside the New Customer section.
  3. Please complete all fields marked with *, then click Submit.
  4. Congratulations! Your account has been registered and you are ready to start shopping!
Do you have a showroom? Where is your store?
Yes we have a showroom. We are located in Dubai International Financial Centre, in the Gate Building on the Marble Walk.
Do you have an Arabic website?
No, we do not have an Arabic website (yet!).


How can I return an item?
At Momentum, we want you to be 100% comfortable with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, you have 7 days to do so.
What is the return notice period?
We provide our customers with a 7-day notice period of returns. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
Do I get a Refund? Do I get my money back?
We do offer refunds in the form of coupons. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free: we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you a refund coupon for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose the size that suits you or to completely order another item! For example if you paid AED100 for an item, we’ll give you a coupon for AED100 directly after you’ve returned the item to us.
How long does a return or exchange refund take?
The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our FedEx team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you afterwards.
What happens to the voucher I used to buy an item if I ask for a return/exchange?
If you used a voucher (for example a AED30 voucher or even a 10% voucher) to purchase something from our website, then we just add it to your return coupon. For example, if you ordered straps for AED100 and you used a AED30 voucher, this means that you paid AED70. But if the strap does not fit and you want to have it exchanged for a different size, then we still provide you with a AED100 coupon so that you won’t lose the benefit of having used a voucher!
I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us, the better! However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point your next best option is to return the item for a coupon if you aren’t satisfied with the items. Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, in case you change your mind, we would advise you to contact us immediately.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We offer all Visa and Mastercards as a method of payment! All you have to do is select your card (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'BUY NOW.' You will be redirected to entry all required information. When you click "Pay Now" the amount will be sent to Momentum. If you do not click "Pay Now" within 30 minutes your order will be cancelled.


What kind of products do you have at Momentum?
We have a wide variety of watch accessories including watch winders, watch boxes, watch pouches, NATO straps, vintage leather straps, and men’s accessories. We also have a watch gallery; however we do not sell watches online.
How can I search for a specific product on your website?
Enter what you are looking for in our search icon at the top right of the page, and it will give you all the relevant products matching your query. We also offer you the option of filtering through categories by color and type.
Does Momentum guarantee authenticity of its products?
At Momentum, we only sell 100% genuine products. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are of impeccable quality.
What do I do if the item is out of stock?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can occasionally run out of stock. Please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.
How can I provide some feedback about a product?

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide through our shipping partner, FedEx. Shipping costs vary on location. Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Most Momentum customers in the UAE receive their orders within 1-2 working days of placing them, and international shipments can take up to 4-5 working days.
How can I track my order?

What if the item I received was damaged?
At Momentum we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us form or call us on +97143889200 in the UAE, and will schedule a pick-up of the item and immediately issue you a voucher to place a new order.
Can I place an order outside the GCC?
Yes! We provide shipping all over the world.
How can I change my delivery address?
Please email us at to notify us of your correct address. Also note that FedEx will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.


How secure is shopping on Momentum?
Shopping on Momentum’s website is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Credit card numbers are never stored on our systems and all payment details are encrypted with the highest levels of security before being transmitted. Please check the Terms and Conditions page for more information.
What if I forgot my password?
It is easy to reset your password. Click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link on the Log In page, and enter your email address. Upon clicking, an email to reset your password will be sent to you shortly.
