At Momentum, we are excited to offer shipping to all of our UAE customers within 1 - 2 working days by Fedex. Applicable charges will be AED 25 for domestic shipment up to 2.5kg. The shipping rates for the GCC country and international delivery will be stated on your checkout invoice. Please get in touch for other GCC countries or international delivery and our logistics team will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. We offer Delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office.

or call us at (+971) 43889200 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
We will response within 24 hours to arrange the return. For GCC customers:

Our courier will collect your exchange from you. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use.
You can return any unworn or unused merchandise in resalable condition for a voucher that can be used to purchase anything from Momentum. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours, a refund will be made back to payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. A cancellation request will only be accepted if the items haven't been shipped yet.
The Buyer has to send a refund request via email to email@example.com. We will then assess the reason of the refund.
Refunds will be offered for the following cases only:
Wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered.
Kindly note that we do not give cash refunds. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
