This Vintage Cartier lighter has got lots of patina over the years. Apart from watches, eyewear and some other accessories Cartier has been known for their lighters for decades. When having this in hand we would ask ourselves, who must have used this and when? We don't have the answer to that but we can say that it must have been someone with style and taste. The silver and gold plating has some aging from wear over the years but is still classy and in good condition. It needs a new refill and is good to go. With original Cartier Presentation box.
