The Colisee
The Cartier Colisee is a model that comes in a multitude of configurations. To our knowledge this model came in 925 Silver, Gold plated and in solid 18K yellow gold. The watch has a very distinct design, with the slim centered lugs it qualifies more like a jewelry watch in a very elegant and timeless design. The configurations are endless, starting from plain cases to gem-set versions, a universe of dials and from leather straps to full gold, even beards and pearl style bracelets.
The example offered is special, one that we haven't come across before. The 24mm case is adorned with factory diamonds on the slim lug lines and houses a never seen before Mother of Pearl dial that is compiled of geometrically aligned patches. The outer trim contains dark MOP parts forming a frame around the inner, white MOP compilation that forms of elongated triangles creating an amazing effect on the dial. The overall look that is created reminds us of a wheel like feel. The bracelet is to die for, a four row beads bracelet of little 18K gold pearls creating a very exclusive look.
This example of the Cartier Colisee is one that will clearly stand out from the crowd, not only because of its rare dial but also because of the great bracelet.
