Although we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, we recognize that may not always be the case. In the unfortunate circumstance where you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel it within 7 days of receiving your products. To initiate a return/exchange, please send us an email informing us of your request within the 7-day period to customercare@momentum-dubai.com.

To process your return/exchange, the products should be back in our possession in their original condition with all contents intact and complete as received. Any missing items (papers, box, etc.) or change of condition may have a large impact on the value of your product. Therefore, if any items are missing or if the product is not in its original condition we may not be able to return your product or we may refund a lower amount.

Returned products must be shipped at your own risk and expense, following the instructions provided by our team, and within 7 days of your request. We do not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost while in your possession or in transit to us.

In the following cases, we will bear the expense of shipping and logistics back to us: you received the wrong product(s), the product is defective or it has been tampered with, product was damaged in transit to you.

Refunds will be made, minus any deductions due to damage, missing items or other issues, onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the card or payment method.
