The reference 1601 in white gold is probably one of the most understated watches from the Rolex line-up. Only those who know, know. The dial is beautiful and very uncommon, a matte black Confetti dial. The Confetti dial is characterized by very fine red and green dots which become visible under strong magnification. This has the effect that the dial surface looks like a velvet like material. With the growing demand on vintage Day Dates the quest for rare precious metal Datejusts has gone up too and we think this is a pretty rare bird.
