Asprey Chinoiserie Bodoir Clock

The House of Asprey manages to keep surprising us with the range or objects they have manufactured in the past. No wonder we love their work that we keep hunting rare and fine items. This clock has a heavy gilt brass case with beautifully crafted hinged doors opening to a beautifully crafted dial showing the artwork of a Chinese Garden and very finely shaped hands. The dial is applied as a round ring on the artwork and bears Roman numerals. The artwork also includes a Pearl which is worked into the upper part of the dial.
