1804 Stella - Stella dials have always taken my breath away given their funky and vibrant colors. But not always the dial only is special, sometimes the reference and foremost the color of the metal make it more unique. We are offering here a stunning example of a white gold 1804 Day Date with a perfect Turquoise Stella Diamond dial. This watch is stunning, a masterpiece we would say. The Baby Blue color is vibrant and reminds us of the deep blue sea. The glossy surface is mint, free of any sort of damage from age or tool marks. The diamonds are set directly on the dial letting them spread their fire from all sides. All lume dots are fully present and have taken a beautiful subtle but noticeable patine matching the hands. The case is fat with healthy proportions and clear numbers between the lugs. These 1804s with Stella dials just don't come up much and we are thrilled to offer this magnificent example for sale.

Brief History
Rolex Day-Date
Arguably one of the most iconic watches ever made, the Day-Date aka the Rolex President was introduced in 1956 and was the first to feature both the day and date in dedicated windows on the dial.
The Day-Date is the top model in the Rolex line-up and comes in an array of configurations with rare and special dials and case decorations. It has only ever been made in precious metals with Automatic movements and historically with an elegant diameter of 36mm - the perfect size for an iconic dress watch.
