A Remarkable Oysterquartz Full Set

The Rolex Oysterquartz Day-Date is undoubtedly one of the most interesting chapters in Rolex history. Introduced in the late 1970s, it combined the precision of quartz technology with an entirely new case and bracelet design, giving the Day-Date a very different character from its automatic counterpart. While most examples were produced in yellow gold, the white gold Ref. 19019 is considerably rarer and remains one of the most desirable versions among collectors.

This beautiful 1979 example features a 36mm case in 18K white gold, a silver sunburst dial and the distinctive integrated Oysterquartz bracelet. The watch has been remarkably well preserved, with a strong case retaining its original finishing and well-defined bevels.
