The Rolex Datejust was launched in the mid 1940s to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the company and is probably the most every bought Rolex on the planet. It has been produced until today in various references but the core design never changed. This particular piece is equipped with a fluted white gold bezel and Jubilee bracelet.

Brief History
Rolex Datejust
Released in 1945 to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary, the Datejust was the first automatic chronometer wristwatch to indicate the date through a window on the dial. The Datejust is characterized by its date window under the ‘cyclops’ window. Iconic vintage Datejusts were made in 36mm case diameter, with a range of steel and precious metal versions.
