Vintage St.Dupont Lighter with Oman Khanjar

Description

Lighter Oman

While we condemn smoking we cannot not admire what cool Smoking memorabilia is out there. Lighters and ashtrays have become objects of desire, even if not actively used.

This presumably 1990s lighter from the House of St. Dupont was commissioned for the Sultanate of Oman. The late Sultan was a big admirer of art, watches, accessories and many more things and spared no expense to have the most luxurious gifts created for his people, his guests and affiliates.

The lighter, a full size gentleman’s piece is meticulously crafted with a wooden finish in their ‘Laque de Chine’ on the traditional gilt base. The front side is adorned with the Omani Khanjar which is meticulously printed in gilt on the lacquer. The space for initials is still unused.

A great lighter that will do the iconic St. Dupont ping sound when opened, and the important Omani logo is made to impress.

Dimensions: H-6.2cm x L-3.7cm x W-1.1cm
