The Protocole line has always been one of Piaget’s more unconventional directions — a design that steps away from the classic round case and into something far more expressive. The “Miss Protocole” follows that idea, but doesn’t necessarily hold back.

This reference PL0317 from the early 2000s is crafted in 18k white gold and features the distinctive rectangular Protocole case with its elongated proportions. It’s a watch that immediately stands out — larger than expected, with a strong presence on the wrist. The design doesn’t aim for perfect symmetry or restraint; instead, it leans into a slightly exaggerated, almost sculptural form that feels very much of its time.
