Algerian Air Force
Breitling certainly among the most known brands for aviation watches. It was one of the most popular brands in the 90s when Breitling conquered the market with their different Pilots watches. Here is your rare example of the Breitling Navitimer words which was commissioned for the Algerian Air Force in the 1980s, it is what we would call a original military air force watch. Now when we speak of military watches we have to consider that these watches were on the wrists of soldiers, pilots and army personal which means that most of them will show scars and wear from historical times. However looking at this example we don't think that this watch has been worn a lot. The 42mm case is very well retained and seems to be free of any major dents or dings. Even the bracelet does not show much wear from age, it is tight and still very long. For a military watch this is still in surprisingly good condition. The dial shows character and and the gilt logo print stands out beautifully. This is a great opportunity to acquire an original historical military watch retained in a beautiful condition and which is not breaking the bank
