1940's Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso (with Extract from Archives)
The Reverso - This very early example of the Reverso is very charming. The original black dial is in very good condition for a almost 80 years old watch. The surface is very clean with minimal aging and contrasting well with the pumpkin colored indexes which aligned with the round center of the dial look like sun rays. The case back is plain, unengraved and flipping works well . This is one of the Original Reversos, probably the most important watch for the brand in a beautiful condition.
