The retailer from 5th Avenue in New York is known to have been a Rolex retailer in the 80s and 90s and as a special agreement they were allowed to stamp their Logo on the dial. This is exclusive for Tiffany & Co Boutiques only hence the number of double stamped Rolex dials is pretty small. What we have here is a 1987 Rolex Lady Datejust in stainless steel and gold, maybe the most popular configuration when it comes to ladies Rolexes. The watch is in overall very nice vintage condition and has just benefitted from a major movement service making sure it runs well whereever it goes. The Tiffany & Co stamp, not only on Rolexes is very welcome by collectors, it increases the rarity and adds the charm to have been sold in one of the iconic boutiques. Especially ladies who love the brand, wear this proudly knowing that it has been sold by one of their favourite brands.
