Tropical hues - The Datejust is probably the most ever produced Rolex ever since it was launched in the 1940s. Datejusts are very versatile and are very wearable on most occasions. The watch offered is a great example of the stainless steel version with the prominent fluted white gold bezel. The condition is stunning with sharp and well defined lines, the bracelet has minimal stretch and is crisp and tight. The main feature of the watch is the silver dial which has taken on a champagne hue with a very consistent spread. A great example of a classic Datejust, somethings this is all you need.

Brief History
Rolex Datejust
Released in 1945 to celebrate the brand’s 40th anniversary, the Datejust was the first automatic chronometer wristwatch to indicate the date through a window on the dial. The Datejust is characterized by its date window under the ‘cyclops’ window. Iconic vintage Datejusts were made in 36mm case diameter, with a range of steel and precious metal versions.
