1999 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore 'Beast' Ref. 25721ST (with Box)
Unleashing the Beast - The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Ref.25721ST was the first iteration of the Offshore launched at Baselworld in 1993. The designer Emmanuel Gueit introduced a sketch of a concept that re-imagined the Royal Oak into a more massive, substantial watch. The classic Royal Oak now went 42mm into a new object of desire. The first batch of 500pcs was made until the mid 90s when another batch, the E Series was manufactured. The first two series are considered as the fathers of the Offshore setting the DNA for the following models made until today. This particular watch is from the second batch, the E Series. Retained in mint condition this watch is a feast for purists of the Offshore.
