Rolex GMT Master MK4 Ref. 1675 Year 1978
The Rolex GMT Master Ref.1675 has been manufactured from 1960 until 1979 in gilt and matte dial versions. The matte dials started off in 1967 with the MK1 dial variant until the late 70's when Rolex discontinued their reference with the MK5 dial. This particular watch is an excellent condition and houses the MK4 dial which is correct for the serial range. The case is very well preserved and has recently been detailed to have a super sharp and crisp look. The dial is in excellent condition and shows a vanilla colored patina matching with the hands. The Pepsi bezel is correct and still has strong colors.

Brief History
Rolex GMT-Master
The GMT Master was launched in 1954 and designed in collaboration with Pan American Airways, with an extra 24h hour hand and bi-color bezel that allowed pilots to track two time zones across day and night. The GMT Master is characterised by an automatic movement and the iconic dual-colour bezel that represents each of the 24 hours in a day.
